This dashboard brings together meetings, tasks, members, idea boards, and analytics for a quick team overview—helping everyone stay organised and fully aligned before each session.

Idea Board with upvoting

The Idea Board enables all team members to submit and upvote topics for meetings, making the agenda creation transparent and collaborative. This feature ensures that the most relevant topics are prioritised, fostering inclusivity and shared ownership of meeting discussions.

 Meeting-Specific Ideas & Comments

Participants can add, review, and comment on agenda items specific to each meeting. Direct discussion supports detailed prep and makes sure every voice shapes the meeting’s focus.

Team Meeting Agenda by Category

Agenda items are grouped into categories like Updates and Decisions, making it easy to structure discussions, add new items, and share the agenda, so meetings stay focused and all key topics get covered

Conference Agenda Overview

This screen shows the full conference agenda, including session times, speakers, and details, in a clear layout. Users can edit or finalise sessions, see a summary of the event, and export the agenda for easy sharing and coordination.

Off-Topic Idea Capture

The Parking Lot Panel lets participants quickly jot down off-topic ideas or questions without disrupting the meeting. These are saved for later review, so valuable input isn’t lost and meetings stay focused and efficient.

Non-Disruptive Real-Time Feedback

The Highlight + Comment Tool lets users mark key meeting moments and add real-time, contextual comments. This enables immediate feedback and documentation, enriching collaboration and making meeting records more actionable without disrupting conversation flow.

Visual Speaking Time Balance

Real-time Traffic Light Indicators provide instant, color-coded feedback on each participant’s speaking time during meetings. This visual system helps ensure balanced participation, gently prompting quieter members to contribute and preventing any one voice from dominating the discussion.

Centralized and Ongoing Post-Meeting Collaboration

The Post-Meeting Workspace brings together summaries, action items, and highlights for easy review. Features like Timestamped Comments and voting enable async feedback and quick consensus. Smart Jump-To Moments use AI to surface key topics, while unified navigation helps teams move intuitively between collaboration tasks after meetings.
